I sterilize my bottles once a day could that be why?** A: I had the same issues, the glass ones need a little care than the plastic ones. 2 reasons,1st you have to align the hole/vent on the ring with the hole/vent of the nipple. Wet the lip of the glass bottle so that when you screw down the ring it fits snug. Most of the times time the leakage happens when the bottle is hot, probably with the glass expanding.
