Worth every single penny! Perfect for our household of two older folks. No more laundry mat! Our clothes feel cleaner, smell great and lightweight clothes are pretty dry after the final spin. No leaks, easy to use, easy to store away in our pantry (we bought a wheeled dolly.)

UPDATE: 3 days ago, the machine stopped draining. I did all troubleshooting possible, then wrote an email to the seller. After 48 hours and no response, I sent another email telling them I would be contacting Amazon if they didn't reply and that it would be reflected on my review. No response. I'm on hold with Amazon right now to see IF I can get a refund or replacement. THUMBS DOWN on customer service. I had a used portable washer that lasted me nearly a decade, but it finally died - in the middle of a load OF COURSE. It was tiny, though, so I had to have it out in the kitchen for several days at a time to get much done at all. THIS washer - oh my goodness - I can do a full set of sheets in just one load now! And the options - there are a number of helpful settings that make laundry day a breeze. You can choose the level of the water for small/medium/large loads and there are heavy/average/delicate cycles. I especially like the quick wash setting for lightly soiled items, and the ability to do a second rinse and spin if necessary for down 'n' dirty stuff. This washer does a VERY good job at it's job - which is getting your clothes CLEAN. My old washer never quite cycled out all of the dirt (eewww), so I'd end up with grit in my dryer (hey, it was all I had, so I had to make do). Not anymore - my dryer is now as spick and span as my clothes are! There is also a setting to *wash the washer itself* - I'm not really sure how that works, but it's apparently a thing! As many people have stated, you can hardly hear it at all while it's in use, even during the spin cycle! The only way I know it's done is when it beeps! It's got a surprisingly small footprint, too - I keep it in my coat closet when I'm not using it, and when it's hooked up to the sink, it is small enough not to be a bother. The kitchen is where I do my wash, but you ALSO have the option to hook it up to a garden hose if you're in a situation where that would be handy - do note though that you will only have a cold water wash in that case. The one downside is that it doesn't have wheels, but that's easily fixable with an adjustable rolly-cart-thingie to go underneath and vroom it around from room to room. :-) I specifically picked this washer because it also has a 1 year warranty *from the manufacturer*, which tells me that they have confidence in their products. I did get the extended warranty because. well, it's an appliance, and that's the smart thing to do - but knowing the people that make it stand behind it was the deciding factor in my initial purchase - that, and the absolutely glowing reviews! I absolutely LOVE this machine and am happy to recommend it - it will pay for itself in time saved and quarters spent at the laundromat!

The hose needs to be positioned no more than 10 cm off the ground. It won’t connect to a standard American faucet, but it does come with an outdoor-faucet adapter, which thankfully fit my sink perfectly. It works great, cleans well, is easy to maintain, and isn’t too heavy at 45 lbs.

I love this washer! It fits perfectly under a space in my cupboard in a bathroom that used to have a wine refrigerator. It’s very easy to use and I just put the drain pipe in my shower.. it washes the clothes and spins them out very well and my dryer still works so I just transfer them to my dryer. It’s very lightweight and easy to move the washer around as well. I highly recommend this product, I’m very pleased with it. And for a small machine, it really holds a lot of clothes for each load!
