I ordered it a month ago, and it is not working now. If you are planning to use it for a month, this product might be ok. Otherwise, don't buy it. Their service center is even worse. They have been unresponsive for about 4 days now.

Working fine. I was using the same model. I purchased it again because it has an button to heat milk. So the milk doesn't spill. It automatically stops when milk boils.
