It failed to work properly after we used it for only 2.5 months. We sent the machine to De'Longhi for repairing which didn't inform us on the potential costs. It took them more than a month to fix it and now we received a 80 euros bill for repairs, which is outrageous.

Great for first expresso machine if you buy it on sale ~170€... No pressure control though or calcination sensor only timer and be ready for Diderot effect... bottomless portafilter, conical burrgrinder, antistatic spray bottle, knock box, measuring cup, scale with timer, portafilter cleaning brush, leveler, distributor, puck screen, machine cleaning brush, preloaded tamper, tamper station, .. all of that is easily 300€+

Il caffè lo fa bene, anche se per averlo bello caldo bisogna farne andare due solo acqua. Il punto debole è la lancia …. NON monta proprio un bel niente scalda solo il latte ( ho provato con diversi tipo di latte) e lo rende acquoso; ho seguito anche tutorial su internet su come fare ma nulla massimo una pallida schiumetta che svanisce subito. Credo sia inaccettabile il il prezzo che ha la macchina ….

Buon imballo e compatto nonostante tutti i pezzi presenti

Preis-Leistung passt. Langzeit Erfahrung kann ich leider noch nicht abgeben da erst seit einem Monat im Einsatz aber die Gute hat meine morgenroutine schon sehr zum positiven verändert, heizt in max. 40 sek. auf und ist Betriebsbereit. Wassermenge einstellen usw ist eigentlich auch kein hexenwerk. also alles prima.
