Really sharp, really really sharp, heh. Be careful at first, wash them slowly and gently, you'll be alright. I saw some people saying they rusted for them... so I tested mine by putting only one type of knife in the dishwasher... and it didn't rust at all, after about 7-8 washings now - I'm not sure if it's the 'hard' or 'soft' water of where you live in the world, so just try one knife maybe and see how it is after a few washings, if you really want to use the dishwasher on them. To be fair, there is a warning in the instructions that the best way is to wash them by hand - and looking up some Chef's videos online, they also say to not put your nice knives in the dishwasher, it dulls them faster, etc... so I might stop that now heh. They are so sharp. I like the sheer variety of them, one for every thing you might do in the kitchen; pasta, fish, bread, name it. It has a little notch for your finger, to help keep it from slipping. The blade sticks out a bit at the bottom of the larger knives, but once you start using them it doesn't get in the way. A nice looking wood block and a sharpener on the side. Did I mention they are sharp? haha A good set of knives.

I love these! Sharp and strong nice holder. I wanted to change everything up and go super colorful and playful in my kitchen and I’m very happy with these. Just remember that the handles are plastic but they seem strong and I haven’t had an issue yet.
