I froze these at first for a little over a week, and then defrosted them and cooked them. They were absolutely delicious and the price was good. The container seemed to hold a nice amount as well as being sturdy. I will be buying again next time I order groceries from Amazon fresh.

BEST VALUE AND QUALITY OUT THERE, i was always spending too much money on protein powders , bars and shakes , I need 200g of protein a day , and its 75-100+$ a week to try to eat 200g a day , i did the math , and all I have to do , is eat ONE of these trays a day , and bam , yes , I eat all 8 servings in a day , 32ounces of chicken total a day , 200g of protein guaranteed , while staying under 1000 calories, so i still have room for something else , but yes 32ounces a full tray of this , is hard to start , it takes work , but man , its worth so much , because 2 big protein bars cost 5$ each and they only get you 60g of protein , 10$ for 60g or 10$ for 200grams , your choice , u know how great of value that is ? Man ive cut down 25 pounds in 2 months doing this , and ive still been letting my self eat treats here and there, because it allows me to afford extra room for other calories, if your a body builder , and you have the money, the time to cook everyday ,or atleast prepare for the week , this is the best source to get ur protein from, sorry I yapped alot , but I cant express how glad I am I came across this product , and u dont even need to eat as much as me , just go according to your own goals
