Not helpful for me.
Does not work for me. Not sure if squeezing the middle nose bone helps for some to breathe better, but for me it just causes pain and blocks a bit of my air. I found another brand that looks similar but opens the nostrils by its shape and does not use magnets, and for me that one is what I was looking for. Not too upset because it wasn’t too expensive and I can return it. But very curious if it actually works for some people.

Disappointing. Did not work or stay in place. Fell out during sleep. Really disappointed with this product.

Didn't help much
Very annoying when you put this in your nose. Didn't really help stop my husband's snoring.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. Got it for my husband and he said it just felt like something was clipped onto his nose. But snoring persisted.

Don’t Bother. Waste of Money, time, and resources.
This does literally nothing. I put it in my nose, it did not open my airways. It is a waste of plastic. Little containers are nice. But this serves absolutely zero purpose. Amazon wants me to return the product, which is crazy since this is a medical device we stick into our noses, that are known to carry staph.
