I'm a tea drinker for 30+ years; I know from whence I speak. Bought this tea for a sleeping disorder. Thought: "even if it doesn't work, flavors, etc., sound good." My first experience with a Kusmi tea. Purchased the muslin bags rather than loose to test. I prepared the tea with a swirl of honey, sat down at 8:30 pm and sipped... Results? Within 15 minutes quiet warm relaxation flooded me; an overall feeling of calm and well being; relief from the wound up stress of the day. If I closed my eyes, I would have fallen asleep in my armchair. "Too good to be true," I thought. A fluke. How can a mere tea produce such an effect? Enjoyed the feeling, watched a film, steeped another cup at 10:30. Sound asleep by 11:30 pm. Yes. Absolute truth. Having struggled with this sleeping issue for 2 months, I say in all candor: Kusmi's Lovely Night is no mere tea. Steep, sip, sleep. Luxurious.
