Runs quiet, cool, and looks amazing. Really happy with this fan and it has an ingenious way of connecting multiple fans or using as a single fan while still providing a normal rgb connection and fan connector (not proprietary)

Fits and works like a dream

I was upgrading a friends computer, and needed to replace an older and no longer made Corsair fan. This new Phanteks D30-140 DRGB PWM fan is well built, runs quiet, and moves a lot of air. The modular design is great, even if I used this as a stand alone fan. You can tell the fan bearings are superior, as it takes a long time for the fan to spin down after you shut the computer off. I am not a huge RGB fan, but even I have to say that this fan does look great. The only caveat is that this fan is 30 mm thick, and may not fit in every application. Yes, a little expensive, but I do not think this thing will die in 6 months like some of those other RGB fans will. Time will tell. Happy with this purchase.
