I counted about 150 pages for the workouts, and then there’s another 20 or so pages for goals and measurements and miscellaneous stuff.

Why is it the same price for the fitness and nutrition log combo as buying a fitness or nutrition log individually?

They sent me 1 book nutrition & fitness the other book was just nutrition. The pic is self explanatory. I am not going to waste my gas to go to the post office to replace one book that should have been just Fitness. What they really want me to do is just order a third book just fitness. You can only complain in the reviews. I got the combo I explained and not what is pictured. Great book just an unprofessional vendor if you ask me. They make it difficult for us to explain direct while Amazon keeps their hands off approach and money lines their pockets automatically with less people to run the business. Means big bucks.

does this have refillable pages or is it only set for a certain amout of time?
