Man, it works! It's very strong, so sometimes I only take half of the packet. It is good solid energy, but it can make me a little jittery sometimes. Definitely better after a snack or meal, as it tends to give me a sour stomach if taken in the morning before eating. Provides good focus and some mental clarity. Seems like a very cost effective means of supplemental energy.

I’ve taken the zooone NAD+ Supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m reasonably pleased with the results. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they combine nicotinamide riboside with resveratrol — feels like a thoughtful “next‑generation” supplement rather than a basic multivitamin. I did feel a slight boost in my overall energy and mental clarity, especially on days when I was a bit sluggish. On the downside, the effects are subtle. I have bought this three times. The first two times I made individual purchases, and this thing tasted amazing. The third time it was a subscription purchase, because I had already liked for two months and decided it was for good, well, I was wrong. It tasted completely different, so bitter, almost like the package material had leaked into the package and altered the taste. I don’t know if the subscription product comes from the same place as the individual product, and maybe the conditions (temperature, humidity, etc) are different and can alter the taste, but I cancelled my subscription after the third time.

In a summary... It's been a month. I'm starting on my second box so it's second month. The taste is really good. When I started taking it I had pain in my lower back and it was almost gone by the third day of taking it. Not saying that it cures diseases, but it did lower the inflammation I had in the area which was causing the pain. Also my mood has improved and I haven't felt sad or depressed since I started taking this. If you're buying this because you think it'll make you look younger, nope. It does not, but it does make you feel better mentally, emotionally and physically.
