It's really nice for the first couple days, then it starts to fade quickly.

GDY does it again 💃🏼 Long lasting, vibrant, smells good, nice and thick, vegan, all the wins! Very important to wash your hair in cool water with color friendly shampoo! As with ANY vivid, the color will fade VERY quickly if you use regular shampoo and/or hot water. My hair was bleached prior to adding the color.

I have very thick hair and dyed only about an inch and a half of my roots. I used the entire package, which honestly was very disappointing considering the price. I ordered this to give it another try as when if first came out the formula was really inconsistent and splotchy. I would say this formulation of it is better but they need to make some sort of guide on how much you need to buy if you have certain needs for your hair. Even with shoulder length hair I would have required 2 bottles to saturate and get good color if I wanted to go roots to ends, but luckily I was just doing a shadow root so that didn’t force me to have to get create with the bottle of yellow dye I have sitting around. Overall a little disappointing to have such a small bottle. Maybe if the brand gave a few more ounces of dye per bottle it would be worth the price tag, but otherwise there’s a lot of other brands that have very vivid colors and aren’t as pricey.

my hair feels super healthy after i dye it, which is probably my favorite thing about this brand! the photo is after about 1 month of having it in, no touch ups, and it’s still pretty bright! i get a ton of compliments on it and best of all the dye doesn’t stain my hands/neck! if you do buy it mix it w conditioner, the dye is super thick and pigmented enough to still look great diluted and it helps the product last a lot longer :) color i used is riot mixed with a little bit of peach fuzz

I used pulp riot on natural red hair with blonde highlights. This is right after treatment. The color was great. I left it on for about an hour to get this color. It didn't stain my skin. This feels nice when applying but it did dry my hair out a bit. Nothing a nice moisture treatment couldn't fix. I recommend this product.
