Updated after being sent replacement part. Than you!
The bike was working fine. Overnight it stopped turning on. The lone star is for their customer service. You can't call any one and I've had this problem for 5 hrs now,sent them a message and still no response! Update..after a few weeks they replaced my part and bike has been running great ever since. Therefore I'm changing my review to 5 stars. Thank you!

how does this get fixed
i bought two of these one blue one green i have gone 18.5 miles on the blue one and the only thing working on it electrically is the small handle bar moniter it is flashing error 02

Has everything you could want
Took an hour to assemble it runs good need to include operating and assembly instruction with it for me this is my first electric bike I’m 68 had to have my son help me.

Easy to assemble , very good looking, excellent pickup speed wen 2 wheel drive is engaged, tuff tires, easy read display ,easy to control, climbs up steep dirt hills with ease ,picks up speed quickly even going up steep enclines , exelent battery life , all around great choice for an E-bike for everyday use, practical dependable Fun!
