外装ですが、可動式のカバーは金属、USBプラグが付いている本体はプラです。 少し放熱性が心配ですが、上手いこと金属部分に熱伝導しているようで、きちんと金属部分が熱くなります。 ちなみに、連続負荷をかけても触り続けられる程度の発熱で収まっています。 代々ExtremePROのUSBメモリを使ってきましたが、艶消しグレーの外装は過去一の質感だと思います。 造りも丁寧で気に入りました。 速度については、ベンチでは公称値通りの数値です。 実使用では、PCからエクスプローラー上で600GBくらいの連続書込みをしましたが、最初の120GBくらいは520MB/s前後を維持し、その後420MB/sくらいで安定、という感じの挙動を示します。転送速度の著しい上下動はありません。 不満点があるとすれば、CrystalDiskInfoでドライブが検出されないことくらいでしょうか。 おま環かもしれませんが・・・。

Bit expensive but worth it. It’s sturdy and good read and write speeds.

This item is only compatibel with Windows 10 and 11. It will not work with Windows 7. I don't know about Mac OS.

Solidly built, great capacity, bonus having C and A connectors and fast data transfers...25 gb of movies transferred to the flash drive took 40 seconds...the same 25 gb transferred back to the laptop took 26 seconds . Pricey but a good buy when on sale. I also bought some silicone caps on Amazon to protect and keep dust out of the connectors....uxcell caps for the type A and HUACAA caps for the type C. Both fit snugly, don't fall off but come off easily when required. A good cheap accessory for this drive.
