Outstanding customer service
So I received the product in a damaged box. I reachout to Amazon and Amazon contacted the seller and in no time they gave me a full refund and the seller told me to keep the product.Which was amazing. I ended up buying to small parts to fix it and it works amazing. It is very user friendly and the directions were easy to understand. The machine has several different temperatures i usually use 330 when applying my decals.. I rate the sellers customer service 100+. They never gave me a hard time. I would recommend this product, this was bought to start my small business and to work with my cricut.

Great value for price
For the price this was a great setup. Everything worked perfect.

Not worth ordering
Heating temp gauge was off by 10 degrees. Pressing plate mechanism was tilted and did not applying even pressure. Unable to adjust. Was not worth it.
