Q: How to add 11 fans together ?

Unfortunately, the F RGB Series is unable to daisy chain together. Each fan would require a LED lane. We recommend purchasing two RGB and Fan controller V2

Q: Are this loud and do they have problems with mounting orientation?

The mount well as even have two mounted to a NZXT T120 CPU Cooler. loud depends on how many fans ya how over all and how the fan curve is adjusted. I want more of them for another build at some point.
