Bought as a Christmas present for my football mad grandson. He seemed impressed. No pump inside which wasn't an issue as he has one.

Balls good but arrived leaking air straight away
Seems like a great ball, but it arrived and was already popped, the seam where the pump goes was out of line

Ball arrived. Pumped up the ball. Valve leaks. Ball now flat. Don’t buy.

Even fully inflated….soft
It arrived at my house I sent it on to my grandson for his ninth birthday. They blew it up today and it will never fully inflate and gradually goes down. I would like another one but apparently they’re out of stock at the moment which is really disappointing. What can be done?? Please let me know ASAP.
