This is the real thing. It comes in a heavy duty foil resealable bag. It has a little bit of zest to the taste an sweetness. This is definitely not fake cinnamon that yes, is being put out by the big box stores. This is an amazing price for great quality product. This is a good company. We have other products.. Longevity of it is great and it has a sweet aroma.The color is a nice woody brown. Proven to have excellent health benefits!

Really impressed with this Ceylon cinnamon. The flavor is smooth, mild, and clearly high quality—much better than regular store-bought cinnamon. It mixes easily into drinks and recipes, and I love that it’s organic, gluten-free, and non-GMO. The 1 lb bag is a great value. Highly recommend! The size is very much worth the price, love the freshness, it's appearance, texture and it doesn't do to bad when it comes to mixing it with liquid that has a high heat level.

This is a premium Ceylon Cinnamon--recommended for any number of uses and considered one to consider for its healthy properties. Not as spicy as Vietnamese but affords a nice flavor that I add to my chai tea. The grind is uniform and works well in a shaker as well.

I admit... I didn't realize I was buying a pound of cinnamon when I ordered this. I didn't read, and I thought it was a smaller bag. But HELLO! Thank you! What a great surprise. This cinnamon is awesome. Very finely ground, delicious, packed in a resealable package. It's fresh, smells amazing, and POWERFUL.
