It's a little complicated as one person answered because the voltage drop depends on both the current draw and time. It's not linear for either battery type. Note that the PETZL rechargeable weights the same as 2 regular AAA's, not 3, so there's an advantage there. **Q: What size charger is correct for this battery? My 5v samsung charger has been almost 2 hours i do not want to damage it.** A: That should be no problem, especially if the battery is very low.
