This is a high-quality fast cold/frozen drink maker. It works better than I expected. I highly recommend it 👍. Here are the things I like about this frozen drink maker: 1) Good size. Not too big or small. Fits nicely on the countertop. Liquid capacity is a good size. You can make a few glasses of drink, depending on the glass size. With the glass size shown in the picture, you can make about 4 glasses. 2) High quality construction: Not cheap design! The materials and craftsmanship appear to be high quality (better than I expected) and should last a long time 👍 Durable plastic and metal are used. The simple clean design doesn't use many small parts that can break or require servicing. I like this design 👍 The motor appears to be plenty strong, even when turning frozen/icy drinks. 3) Easy and convenient to clean: There is a "Clean" cycle that can be used after each use, for fast and easy cleaning. You just insert water on top, select the clean cycle, push the start button, and the unit quickly rinses the main drink compartment. The main drink compartment can also be easily removed when needed. There is just one latch on the back, and then the main compartment quickly and easily slides out for cleaning. Then you can easily insert your hand and a sponge. 4) Simple and quick to operate: I like the usability design. It is not over complicated 👍. You just select the type of drink you want to to make and then push the start button. Two steps only 👍. That's it 👍😁. I love this simple and easy design 💯. You don't have to manually program or worry about temperature, or motor speed, or length of cycle time. 5) Fast: The freeze element works very fast. Much faster than I expected. I am impressed about this👍. For example, I poured in some Snaple fruit punch drink, then I added some Simply fruit punch (both off-the-shelf inexpensive beverages you can buy in the supermarket), and then I pressed start. The drink was already nice and icy (the way I like it for hot days) after just 5-10 min. No more having to put drinks into the freezer and waiting a long time 👍😁.

I've had it for a little over 2 months. I've tried numerous times to make a slushie or soft serve. I've followed the instructions to the T and yet it ices up at the bottom while the top is still liquid and it turns itself off. Wasted over $100 in supplies so far trying to get the right outcome... too bad im past my return time.

Machine worked good for slushies. No issues. Tried making ice cream with the frostline vailla soft ice cream mix and mixed about 1 and half cups of powder with 8 cups of vanilla silk almond milk poured to ice cream line on machine. It worked good at first then started slowing down after 16 mins and it wasnt even thick as I seen other peoples ice cream or as much filled in the tank then got the e3 error. Tried again did same thing so unfortunately we sent it back. Maybe it was a defected one or something have no idea. Let it sit out after delivery for 5 hours before we used too.

It worked very well. I got it as a Christmas gift. And I made a dietetic slushy in it, and it really worked. It made my slushy. It was easy to clean and easy to understand. I use. Allulose in it to make the dietetic and it worked very well. It was an affordable slushy machine where some other ones are very expensive. It was the right size I need it. I will definitely recommend it to anyone that wants one. And I recommend also the allulose too. The only thing that I saw was an issue is that the handle did not come off where you dispensed it I guess it’s permanently attached and I did love the books in the directions.
