Th Body Fortress protein powder has 60g of protein per serving which is a good amount relative to other brands. I like the taste of the peanut butter and chocolate. It isn’t overly strong in taste. The powder mixes very well in water or milk, using a protein shaker. The consistency is smooth and there is no lumps. I mix this with a scoop of almond powder and psyllium and it makes a nutritious meal before I go to the gym. I find it is effective at helping me achieve my protein intake for the day and far less calories than eating protein bars and more satiating. The container it comes in works well for sealing the powder keeping it dry and has a large opening to reach in and scoop the powder out with the included scoop. The price is also very reasonable compared to other brands.

I love this protein powder. The creamy blend and smooth taste is what i need to hide my super green & cacao powders. I use coconut milk and i add natural peanut butter also...yummy

Tastes good and does as stated, well worth the purchase

It is a really good high quality product. It tastes delicious. I like it better mixed with milk instead of water although it tastes good either way. I bought BCAA's not realizing that this protein powder had them already. Also it mixes well with creatine powder if you take creatine.
