I’m not sure what thickness and warmth have to do with this unit but it’s fairly thick, and makes my jeans warm. My second DSR jump pack and I have nothing but good things to say. Epic quality, and functionality. Cable leads are quite long, which is handy. Having the 110v outlet is excellent, though I’ve only ever used it for “low draw” components (ie - jobsite radio/cell phone charger and it does great for long periods of time. Charge time for the unit seems fairly fast too, though having the dedicated charging module thing is a bit of a pain.. just another cord on the tool box.

Pass on this jump box. I purchased this box a few months ago to use for work as I am an automotive technician. Have used it about 3 times and it has not started the first vehicle. Cannot even start a car with a weak battery. This may be due to internal battery age as the unit and box both appear old and dusty upon arrival. So you definitely want to steer clear of this seller

When the time came for me to try out my DSR 116, I used it on a BMW 750 that was completely dead, it started the car with no difficulity. I had not charged it for approximately 6 weeks.

For my job which I need the car stay over 12V for 30 min.it does the job The downside is takes hours and hours to get fully charge you have to leave it overnight to charge. and very heavy,overall good jumper will recommend.

I had bad batteries on my 2018 Freightliner Cascadia all winter long and when I would go home for the weekends my batteries would always drop down to a very low voltage. Monday mornings I would jumpstart my semi with this powerful Schumacher and without hesitation or struggle we were back in business with absolutely no issues. I would definitely recommend.
