I received my babies yesterday on time, and all were alive. Shipping was perfect in protecting them from harm. They are now in my tank, getting to know their surroundings and doing okay. They are quite small but are healthy and very active, and their first feeding was successful! When in open light, their neon shines like the headlights on a vehicle. They are beautiful! And of course, worth the money spent on them!

Exactly as advertised. Tetras were larger than I expected. All are healthy and doing well. Writing review 5 days after receiving tetras (arrived earlier than expected). I had tetras in a quarantine tank for a the past 5 days. Their stripe/coloring appeared when they went into their permanent home (plants, more homey than the quarantine tank). I only wish the vendor included information on the tank parameters and food the tetras. Happy with purchase.

It is very, very rare that I give 1 star reviews, and I probably wouldn't have in this case, but let me explain: My fish weren't in stock after the order so John notified me and gave me a choice of waiting or choosing different fish. I thought this was great. I chose to wait for my fish to be in stock. He stated that he expected them to arrive on Friday and that he would send them then. After I got off the phone I thought about that and thought he must have meant he'd send them Monday because the website says they ship on Monday through Thursday because they ship overnight, but I was watching my USPS informed delivery carefully, just to make sure. Saturday morning (11/25) my informed delivery said I was getting an Amazon order, so I knew it was the fish. I looked on my Amazon tracking and saw that the fish had been shipped out on Wednesday, so they had been shipped before the Thanksgiving holiday. I knew they had been in the mail a long time, so I was watching for the mail person. I was at the box when the mailperson drove away. I pulled the fish out of the box, and surprisingly there were still two that looked like they might make it (I ordered 6). I followed the directions on the paper in the box to the T on how to get them in my aquarium quickly (it says the whole process should take 20 minutes). I got them in, but they didn't make it. The next day two of my other fish, that I've had since I set my tank up (one of them my beautiful double-tailed male betta) died. I treated my tank to keep any of my other fish or snails from dying and sent an email to John explaining everything. I also said in the email that I didn't want to replace the fish, and I'm sure he spent a lot of money on shipping. I wasn't asking him for a refund, BUT he NEVER responded. I never heard one word back. In short, 1. most of the fish were DOA, 2. they killed/infected my other fish, 3. when informed there was no communication.

These Tetris came in and they were awesome. They are doing very well getting fat and happy exactly the way they should be!

This order was part of the shrimp order, so I'll keep it short as I have already reviewed this order. Great service, fast all fish and shrimp alive, alert, happily swimming around. After acclimation they were eager to eat the small amount, I gave them. I will be happy if most survive. Fingers crossed, I doubt they will all survive as any time their packed up and shipped anywhere they stress out. But I am happy with this seller for getting them here soooo fast. Thank you :) :) Happy, Happy, I only had 4 Tetras left and they were lonely. :)
