The herbs taste good, nice fragrance, and blend well, like you might expect. It was used in a ragu the other night and it turned out good. Do not treat this like Italian seasoning, go a little at a time and taste as you go. The flavor and fragrance is strong, so be careful. :) It'll last a long time hopefully.
