Looks good when assembled but they have you build it from the top down making it very difficult to assemble. I have built a lot of units and this one was the worst.

Absolutely love it!! Awesome quality for price. Easy to follow assembly instructions. Helpful to have a second person but possibly to do it solo.

I have had this hall tree for several months now, and I absolutely love it. It’s such a beautiful and welcoming piece of furniture, and I have had more than one house guest comment on how nice it looks. I chose this particular hall tree because I liked that the hutch part was tall enough to actually hang longer items from the hooks and not have them touching the bench part. Also, I really like the crown molding at the top of the hutch, and the thicker wood pieces framing the four cubbies. These details give this hall tree a higher end, more elegant vibe. The weakest part of this hall tree is the drawers, in my opinion. They do have a slightly flimsy feel compared to the rest of the tree, so I am not using them to store shoes. I just toss our shoes into the basket next to the tree, and use the drawers to hold gloves, hats, small umbrellas, etc. While I do agree with others that this hall tree is very difficult to assemble (you will need at least two to three people with some furniture assembly experience and a lot of patience) I do not agree that this product is low quality, not sturdy , or somehow unstable. Assembled properly and attached to a wall with included brackets, this unit is very stable and looks amazing. But I can’t stress enough, it does take a while to put together (probably 6 hours for my husband and I) and it was one of the more difficult product assemblies for us. But we took it slow, we were very methodical and careful, and I do believe the hard work paid off.

This is a cheap piece, came in with damage to boards with wood chips on boards. very diffcult to put together.
