can this product be used as a sexual lube?

I would say no. I attempted to use it as lube and the next day was very itchy and dry - research says it can cause yeast infections. However before this product, I used hardened coconut oil and was fine.

Can this be used for fissures ?

Better to go with a "raw" organic coconut oil for that. Dr. Bronners is great quality, and my go to for dealing with fissures!

Can this be used for brusing teeth also?

I don’t know but I have already used it on my hair. And my eyelashes and my eczema which has almost cleared up since I’ve been using this I think in a week or two my skin will be perfect. Never had such a good result like this with out A prescription
