220 Pound Capacity and not 264 pounds -False Advertising and seller is extremely difficult to work with as the chair they sold me was a used and damaged return complete with pet hair on it and in the box. Quality control is lacking, It is hard to use and fold as the back has to be folded first, the battery life is only a mile or so on perfectly flat paved roads, the joystick speed indicator did not light up and the light button did not work. My door threshold has a 1/2 inch lip and to go over it I had to take a run at it or it would just get stuck and the rock hard drive wheels would just spin on my hardwood floors, on my ADA Approved Ramp when going down it the joystick became unresponsive and it would go side to side without control and crash into ramp handrails and when I try to stop the rock hard drive wheels would lock and it slid into my ramp transition hurting my knees as it crashed into it. I went through 2 weeks of hoopla to get them to take it back and then they wanted me to pay return shipping but when I made a consumer complaint they finally sent me a prepaid return label then they took over a week to issue my refund. I have my doubts that it is real carbon fiber as it looks more like plastic.

Great chair very comfortable and sturdy folding chair is smooth with lots of power definitely get what you pay for and the customer service is outstanding! I had an issue and the customer service team was right there at anytime to address any problems or issues with the product they will definitely make it right with whatever problems you may have. If you are looking for a high quality chair then this is the best one for you! for the price , remember that you get what you pay for in today’s market and I highly recommend it !
