Q: Anyone else have an issue with the mic not working on wireless?

Assuming you are using a Windows 10/11 system, have you set your default input device to VIRTUOSO XT Wireless Gaming Headset, rather than VIRTUOSO USB Gaming Headset? If the issue persists, please get in touch with us, and we'll happily assist you.

Q: What is the size of the inner diameter of the ear cup? I'm trying to figure out if the headset padding will sit on my ear or not.

The inner diameter of the ear cups is approx. 2 1/4"

Q: The xt model says it has bluetooth and rf (i believe), but many say it doesn't, is this false advertisement?

The VIRTUOSO XT features Bluetooth with Qualcomm aptX HD. The base VIRTUOSO and VIRTUOSO SE do not feature Bluetooth. If you have any more questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out via support on our website and we'll happily assist you.
