This magnesium blend is awesome! It has malate and glycinate, two of the most absorb-able forms. The price was amazing and I trust this brand. The only downfall is the size can be a problem if it's hard for you to swallow pills in general. I did just fine and I think the benefits far outweigh swallowing an odd shaped pill once a day. I am better with keeping calm and anxiety in general. This blend is great for anyone with fibromyalgia and chronic pain- it's been a help, less muscle cramping. Overall awesome product at a great buy.

I love this blend. Doesn't upset my tummy. Helps me sleep. Relaxes my muscles. I've tried so many, but this is the one I come back to.

Bought for my elderly medically fragile mother. My only drawback is the tablets are huge and I either must crush abs place in small capsules which I hope do not interfere with absorption or crush and add to pudding. The tablets are so big, unsure if food addition will be realistic alternative.

I've been taking various types of magnesium for my migraines for a few years now with minimal results. With other types of magnesium, I've reduced the frequency of my migraines from about 3 migraines most weeks to 1-2 migraines most weeks. The online research that I conducted had conflicting views as to which type of magnesium is most effective in helping with migraines, so I purchased Ultra-Mag because it is a blend of different types of magnesium (magnesium citrate, taurinate, malate, gycinate, and succinate according to the bottle) with addition B-6. Within a few weeks, I was only having about 3 migraines a month. My husband usually gets out the vitamins in the morning, and when our schedules changed and he began going in to work earlier, I was left to get my own vitamins, which I usually forgot. After about 5 days without the Ultra-Mag, I had one of the worst migraines I've had in years. Once I started up again, my migraines have again been reduced. I should also mention that I have found that I have the most benefit from the Ultra-Mag when I take it in conjunction with a calcium supplement. I take my calcium supplement every other day, as I read (and personally found) that too much calcium will cancel out the beneficial effects a magnesium supplement. I'm no medical personnel - I only relate this as my own personal experience. I urge others to do their research and talk with their doctor about which supplements may be beneficial. Everyone who suffers from migraines is different, so this may not work for everyone. But as a chronic migraine sufferer for the last 30 years, I can personally say that this has been the most effective natural form of migraine prevention that I have ever used.

I was having extreme leg cramps, this helped alleviate them. I now have cramps almost never. One caution, very large tablet, if you have difficulty swallowing may be a challenge for you.

The pill size is large which makes them slightly harder to swallow, but definitely not the worst I've tried. I do think that this supplement has been effective in helping induce a feeling of calm, and helping with sleep. And not a bad price either. I will likely be re-ordering this one.

時々飲む程度なので効果はまだ分かりませんが マグネシウムは大事とよく耳にするようになりました 定評のあるメーカーのようですが、日本製と違って粒が大きいですね 一度では中々呑み込めません 細かくしてもいいのかな？？
