I purchased the Pureit Wave Prime Water Purifier online, and after using it for one full week, I can confidently say it’s one of my best purchases from Amazon. ✔️ Delivery was smooth and on time ✔️ Technician was professional and did a perfect installation ✔️ Water taste is absolutely amazing — fresh and clean ✔️ Very low water wastage compared to other purifiers At this price, getting a purifier with such performance feels like a dream. Compared to other brands, the cost is very reasonable but the quality is top-notch. Close your eyes and buy it — you won’t regret the decision! Truly the best water purifier I’ve bought online.

After a long research went for this one as have used 3 in past ( a bigger model from pureit for another house, a smaller one from kent earlier and now went for this one) It's good for a a family of 2-4 and stores good amount. The water tester provided free is extra item that helps you to read the numbers and it gave te results as expected from the first go. Black and covered one makes it better from others in my sense as no visiblity of those pipes and cylinders inside. You need to buy the additional outside filter extra for first level cleaning. Preferably order while your are ordering this rather than going for the option the technician gives when he brings one with him which is Lil higher in cost than the ones you get online. The seller should also keep a option to add their branded one either with the same model or can be added extra

I ordered this Pureit RO on 12th January 2026 and received the delivery on 17th January. The RO is very good and installation process was also very smooth.

I’m just so angry I swear to god. The product I received was clearly used and had been thrown around a lot carelessly because tell me why did it dirty with mud and so many scratches. I didn’t mind the dirt at first because finally the filter was here but then I opened it up and second thing. So poorly packaged you could tell it had been opened before also no care or usage instruction pamphlets or anything just rawdogged sent the mind you CLEARLY USED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. My God like the audacity. Now here me out before u ask “what do u mean defective?” After I took it out from the packaging to inspect I noticed my “BRAND NEW FILTER” was clearly wet and missing a screw so I opened up the rest of the screw to look at the inside and there where multiple loose pipes everywhere at which point I started having doubts about the actual performative quality about the product and I spent 5-10 looking at the pipes closely where I realised that like bro the filtration system of the filter is effed up. Like the pipes cannot connect because the plastic components are broken off and which can’t be fixed which means and let’s say it together please, “I was right. This is someone else’s used product(which explains all the scratches) and this is returned product (because someone clearly tried to use it but the water must have leaked everywhere which explains wet and broken pipes everywhere). Now let’s talk about ethics. As a seller why would you sell people used and worst of all DEFECTIVE items. Like why? Ok? You didn’t know it was defective? Well you did? Someone clearly returned it before? Like what’s the thought process, purpose and thought behind sending someone a broken leaky filter? Is some poor village chum supposed to keep it because they don’t know how to return products and so u still get to keep the money? Or let’s say maybe the seller had no intentions he’s not a bad man. But he is incompetent for sure because why would you let a defective and returned product from someone else be released back into market for sale. This was such a bad experience I swear to God
