Game changer
Game changer, I have been suffering from bursitis in my hip for 18months. Finally had a steroid injection 5 months ago it lasted 3 weeks before I was back to being in agony. I have been taking this supplement for almost a month now and the difference in my mobility is amazing. They are easy to swallow, no aftertaste and although there are cheaper ones on the market I will stick with the ones I know work. Highly recommended

Too Expensive
£25 for 1 month's supply? I don't think Maju is better than any other brand - even Amazing Herbs is cheaper. As long as you are getting oil that is cold-pressed with about 2% Thymoquinone - then I would choose a cheaper brand.

I had been taking Nigella Sativa Oil for almost a year. Before taking I used to have frequent leg cramp and Spinal Ache (to the extent of walking hunch back). After taking about more than a month my leg cramp and Spinal ache didn't seem to reoccur. I have tried many Nigella Sativa Oil brands available, and would recommend those harvested from Turkey are of better quality and reliable. Also this oil is a good choice for prevention against Covid-19 as; according to the National Institute of Health: Strains of bacteria and viruses that are antimicrobial-resistant are becoming virtually impossible to treat; including HIV, staphylococcal, tuberculosis, influenza, gonorrhea, candida, and malaria. Between 5 – 10% of all hospital patients develop an infection from superbugs. More than 90,000 of these patients die every year, up from 13,300 patient deaths in 1992. People infected with superbugs typically have longer hospital stays, require more complicated treatment and don’t recover as well. A study conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College researchers set out to determine just how potent black seed oil against some of these superbugs and pared it against several antibiotics such as Amoxicillin, Gatifloxacin and Tetracycline. According to the study, “Out of 144 strains tested, most of which were resistant to a number of antibiotics, 97 were inhibited by the oil of black cumin!” \(^o^)/

I'm a bodybuilder for many years so I do take a good number of natural supplements to keep my joints and tendons healthy. Recently I was hit with a bit of Golfers Elbow in my right arm and someone recommended I try Black Seed oil along with some of the other joint supplements that I already take and he recommended to make sure it had a good dose of Thymoquinone per serving so I did some research and I went with Maju Black Seed Caps. I actually stopped one of my VERY effective joint supplements 4 weeks ago Cissus because I had been dosing it for 5 months straight so it might have lost a bit of effectiveness because I hadn't taken a break from it in a while. The Black Seed oil caps as of today is exactly 3 weeks that I've been dosing it and now I wanted to leave a little feedback. The caps are small and easy to dose and I've been dosing 2 caps a day for the first 2 weeks but since I didn't feel much effects while resting my arm during the first 2 weeks I decided to poke a hole in one of the caps and rub the oil directly onto the spot on my elbow so now I was dosing 3 caps a day 2 orally and one directly on the skin. I did start to feel like some of the elbow pain was starting to diminish after day 19. I've started to weight train lightly a few days ago after resting my elbow for 6 weeks and just doing physical therapy movements. The point on the elbow still feels a bit tender but it definitely feels better than 2-3 weeks ago when washing my hands with soap I could feel the pain in my elbow from the back and forth motion of soaping my hands but now that pain is practically gone when I soap my hands. Overall I would say if your looking for a natural supplement that can help with the type of injury I mention and you've tried other supplements then YES I would recommend Maju Black Seed Oil caps because they are easy to dose, state the Thymoquinone amount, and actually this co. seems very sound because their customer service seems impeccable. After my purchase I received an e-mail directly from the co. thanking me for trying their brand and wanting to know why I wanted to use the Black Seed Oil and they gave their recommendations on the BEST way to dose it to get the most from this supplement. As with any natural supplement you have to be patient and be consistent with dosing it and though after 3 weeks my elbow isn't 100% yet I can tell that within another week or two I should be good to go with the dosing of the Black Seed oil caps and weight training to keep blood flow consistently in the elbow. The only sides that I've felt is slight irregularity and I'm one who eats a good amount of fiber with EACH meal so I never have issues but after the first couple of days I could tell this was having a slight effect but nothing major and also I prefer dosing 1 cap with breakfast and the other in the afternoon cause when I dosed with dinner I honestly felt like it took a while for me to fall asleep when I hit the bed. Everyone's system is different so some may not experience the same side effects that I mentioned but I just thought I'd mention it.
