My old boots always came apart on the seams on the heel, and the sole would always start to separate from the top of the shoe. These boots have a built in support at the heel so prevent this from happening. They also have a thick sole without being a platform boot too. They are absolutely perfect. True to size, fashionable while still functional in an unforgiving work setting. I cannot recommend these enough. Review: Boots made for walking - These boots are available gorgeous!! Super comfortable and even though it was unintentional great for all weather including the snow. First day out of the box they hurt my legs only because they were new and tight after that it was much better! I could walk around in these all day. I may just order the black when there are back in.
