This product is substantially “Personal Notes on Design Thinking” . There are many Typing errors, things that would never happen in an edited book. It provides a rather confusing set of informations on design thinking but does not truly present them in an homogeneous nor systematic way: rather confusing to follow as also some parts tend to be repeated. Honestly I bought this book in the intention of achieving a systematic approach, a guided toolkit. Probably I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew what it was going to be like.

To the critics boo-hoo'ing over the book being self-published and having some typos, have YOU self-published a book like this? Nope. For design thinking enthusiasts, this book should be a staple on your shelf. The reason why some critics find it hard to use is because they don't know design thinking. This book FUNCTIONS LIKE A HANDBOOK. It's perfect for when you're designing/planning a sprint or trying to grasp an understanding of methods & tools and how to use them. I suggest you GET THIS BOOK.
