I was once upon a time an upper level manager for the company that was once famous for creating this exact antique reproduction ready to assemble furniture. That company went out of business in North America in 2008 and we closed all the stores. Some of the inventory was scattered to different companies, and it's almost impossible to find these items new anymore, as quantities are dwindling down to nothing. I knew this was that old store inventory, and I knew what a steal this was, so I took a chance, because often you'll get a piece with imperfections, as that's all that's left out there, the rejects and send backs. This is in flawless condition, it is a little larger than my shrinking brain realized after maths, and everything is stable, level, free from marks, etc etc. I've also snagged a few other tables in this line, I am so very sad to say, I think this is the end of them. IYKYK. The 90's & early 2000's was the climax for Bombay in this country, and I should have bought more items when I had the chance and my employee discount. Half my home is Bombay, but, it's just never enough! If you watch the more popular films from the 80's and 90's that show furnished hotels and homes with traditional furniture esp Queen Anne and Hepplewhite, or asian pottery, you are most likely looking at Bombay reproductions, which were cheaper, lighter, easy to move around, and no one worried much about them being hurt during film production. Anyway. I digress. The table was perfect and it's making me very nostalgic for a better time, apart from housing all my magazines and giving my plant a front row seat to its favourite window.

I got this on sale and with a coupon, and I still feel it was over priced. It’s just painted pressboard, and there are lots of scuffs and chips on the legs. It is cute, and easy to put together, but I don’t suggest buying unless it’s a great price.

I was looking for something smaller for our entry way so that I could add some decorations and this was the perfect size. It was so easy to put together and no tools were required. The white is even on all pieces and it is a nice little addition. Now I have to decide what else to put on here!

It was a lot smaller than I expected! Furniture is not what it was in the “old days!” Nothing seems to match what it costs anymore!

Based on the price point and the reviews, I had fairly low expectations. This little table definitely exceeded them! First of all, I do wonder about reviewers who are disappointed by the size of the item. The dimensions are clearly listed. This is a small table that can be tucked just about anywhere. In fact, since I received it, I have thought of many possible places I could put it other than the space I originally had in mind. I might end up getting another one. I liked one reviewer's comment about using two of them as end tables, they would be perfect for that. I disagree that the table is poor quality. I was pleasantly surprised.

This table was a little shorter than I thought but I ended up keeping it. its very cute and perfect for a hallway

These are lovely end tables for my living room. They look fabulous and such a nice size. Easy to put items on and off of them as they are alittle above the arm rest. Just really like them and they do not take up too much space.

It is exactly what I wanted for my entrance in my condo. Not too big ; and does take up too much space The door has lots of room for opening
