I love the steam masks. I originally bought them due to having a stye and utilized them 3-4 times a day. They stay warm for roughly 30-45 minutes, were so easy to put around my ears, and easy to dispose of. It is gear that this wasn't a wet rag that looses temperature and makes a wet mess. My stye cleared up, so I was very pleased with how effective these were and the relief they provided. With the leftover masks I have been pulling them on before bed, just to relax and it has also been beneficial for me. Highly recommend.
