Great flavor, textures, and overall top notch quality! A little pricey, but well worth it. I haven't tried all of them yet (I got the gift set) and the smoked mackerel has me wanting more. The mackerel has a light but well balanced smokey flavor, which compliments the natural mackerel flavor; the texture had a nice mouthfeel - not overprocessed, with a perfect bite. I would love to see a smoked or salt-brine herring (not pickled!) - I'd be buying up all your stock!

Bought these for my husband for Christmas, now he asks for them all the time. He says they are very tasty and easy to have with crackers. The size of the packages are perfect and can make a few meals with each.

I cannot even explain how much better this is than other tinned fish. The price had me REALLY upset until I tried it. This is better than most high end filets of fish I could buy in a fancy restaurant. My bad Fishwife, I didnt know, now i know.
