Q: Where is this tofu made? china? japan? the us?

It is made in the USA by Morinaga-USA. I am Japanese and I could not tell that this was not made in Japan.

Q: Can i keep the unopen boxes at room temperature for few months?

Yes. That is what makes this one of my favorite products. It is there when I need to use tofu. Good smooth texture. A better choice than taking chances on freshness of "use by date" refrigerated tofu. I have been burned by high priced hard-to-find from grocery stores only to open a spoiled, smelly, moldy tofu.

There is right side box typing expire date 2019 jun or some . You can see black ink they typing box side. Not a each . Hey you ready to have a one year expire date and I bought new last week came in so no problem. Please don’t worry use
