With its top-of-the-line safety features such as a secure locking mechanism and an intuitively designed push button activation, this safety box cutter eliminates accidental injuries while maximizing efficiency. Review: Very nice, compact and sharp - The mechanism is very smooth and fun to play with, extending and retracting the blade doubles as a fidget toy, the blade is sharp and exchangeable, it's light but feels well made and secure when closed, over all its my favorite box opening knife (wouldn't try heavy duty cutting as the blade is thin). Very reasonable cost, especially when on sale. Review: Cool little knife - This knife feels pretty sturdy in your hands. It's small and compact easy to carry and light. Snaps in and out very good so far. I've had mine a week or so and am constantly playing with it. Replaceable blades are very sharp and snap in nicely. For under $20 this is a great back up knife to carry along with my EDC. I've been using it to cut open boxes at a warehouse job with no issues. Pocket clip is nice. ## Features - Versatile EDC Utility Knife: This utility knife with a replaceable blade is perfect for daily tasks, functioning effortlessly as an automatic knife and box cutter retractable with a robust design. - Precision Scalpel Knife: Featuring the sharp precision of an Exacto knife combined with the convenience of a push button pocket knife, this tool is ideal for detail-oriented work in various environments. - Safety Box Cutter Retractable: Equipped with advanced safety features, this automatic knife operates smoothly as a safety box cutter, ensuring safe and efficient slicing through tough materials every time. - Compact Pocket Knife with Clip: Designed for portability, this pocket knife fits comfortably in your pocket with its convenient clip, making it an essential EDC tool for utility tasks and emergencies alike. - High-Tech Double Action Mechanism: Boasting an innovativeb double action mechanism, this cutter knife offers rapid deployment with just one push button click while maintaining superior functionality similar to high-end knives. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DFTQLFX8 | | Best Sellers Rank | #43,781 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #152 in Utility Knives | | Blade Length | 5.6 Centimeters | | Blade Material | Stainless Steel | | Blade material | Stainless Steel | | Brand | Caressolove | | Brand Name | Caressolove | | Color | Green | | Colour | Green | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 378 Reviews | | Handle Material | Aluminum | | Handle Type | Auto-Retractable | | Handle material | Aluminum | | Included Components | 10pcs #23 Blades | | Item Length | 4.33 Inches | | Item length | 4.33 Inches | | Manufacturer | Caressolove | | Manufacturer Part Number | Auto utility knife 0101 | | Material | Aluminum | | Material Type | Aluminum | | Model Number | CH008-6 | | Product Style | Cutting | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Caressolove - **Colour:** Green - **Handle material:** Aluminum - **Item length:** 4.33 Inches - **Material:** Aluminum ## Images ![Automatic Utility Knife, Safety Auto Box Cutter Retractable, EDC Push Button Exacto Scalpel Knife, 10PCS #23 Razor Blades Pocket Knives with Clip - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61ziK5O-YsL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice, compact and sharp *by C***Z on 12 June 2026* The mechanism is very smooth and fun to play with, extending and retracting the blade doubles as a fidget toy, the blade is sharp and exchangeable, it's light but feels well made and secure when closed, over all its my favorite box opening knife (wouldn't try heavy duty cutting as the blade is thin). Very reasonable cost, especially when on sale. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cool little knife *by R***I on 15 May 2026* This knife feels pretty sturdy in your hands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent, love it! So useful. *by T***H on 20 April 2026* Got this not sure if it'd have any practical use. After a week, must've used it at least a dozen times to do crafts and home repair and renovation tasks that it did much better than a regular box cutter type knife or hobby knife. Blade style is great for getting precise accurate cuts in awkward or tight spaces. Or on small objects. Thing is rock solid. Blade has no wiggle at all when deployed. Light. Compact. I don't understand the reviews complaining about blade being difficult to install. It was extremely easy to do (I used pliers to hold it during installation as suggested by some for safety). The button is stiff - in a good way. Would be extremely difficult to accidentally pop the blade out. Safer than a box cutter. Was wondering if it'd be unsafe somehow, but the opposite is true. Cuts are more controllable. During use it's so easy to retract and deploy blade (and somehow satisfying) that I always close it when finished with a cut, unlike a box cutter or hobby knife that I may sometimes keep with blade out if I'm expecting to do more cuts a few minutes later - so those are a little more unsafe from that viewpoint. Will be getting another for sure. Been using it a few times a day for about 3 weeks now. Still good. Hope it stays that way for many years. Only improvement I'd like to see is the body having a few more areas with grooves or ridges for grip. Grip is good now, just could be a bit enhanced. Maybe more colors would be good in future. ## Frequently Bought Together - Caressolove Automatic Utility Knife, Safety Auto Box Cutter Retractable, EDC Push Button Exacto Scalpel Knife, 10PCS #23 Razor Blades Pocket Knives with Clip - MyMed Disposable Scalpel Blades| #23 Sharp Carbon-Steel Blades | Pack of 100 | Sterile Individual Pouches| Dermaplaning Tool for Face Professional, Podiatry, Crafts & More --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nz/products/740740804-automatic-utility-knife-safety-auto-box-cutter-retractable-edc-push](https://www.desertcart.nz/products/740740804-automatic-utility-knife-safety-auto-box-cutter-retractable-edc-push) --- *Product available on Desertcart New Zealand* *Store origin: NZ* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
