I was in a bad car accident a year ago, which I ended up with a compound fracture Burst of my L4 vertebrae. I got this pillow to help me with neck pain and back pain. Once I unboxed it I loved that it had a bag that made it easy for travel (since I do fly a lot) and for easy storage to keep clean. I use it for my back when sitting at the kitchen table, etc. it really helps my back pain. As far as neck pains, I have none. I sleep with it at night and when I’m laying on the couch. I love that it is soft and flexible! It has been hard for me to find a good pillow and I finally found it.

If you like a fairly firm pillow, you will like this product. Comes with a good quality pillow case. I use it for watching tv, but it is too firm to sleep with for my liking. Product as advertised.

Used it for the MyPillow cervical pillow I found sitting in a box that I must have bought about 10 years ago. Probably put it in the box because it didn't come with a pillowcase. Now that I have the pillowcase I find that it fits fine and I've had no problems with using it. Thanks!
