Razor knife. You can swap blades out very easily. However, you can also re-sharpen the existing blade. I’ve used my first blade over and over again by using ceramic sticks to sharpen. There is a three stage sharpener of which I only need to use two stages, And sometimes only the ceramic stage. Very easy to deploy, locks in place. Very easy to unlock. A light knife. Very sturdy. I have purchased several different types.

This is a great idea. No need to sharpen your knife ever again. The blades are razor sharp and made of stainless steel. The build quality is fantastic. The design that allows the blade to be replaceable also comes with a disadvantage. The blade holder in the back can get in the way in certain tasks and may collect debris. However, this is a trade off to make the blade thin and sturdy. If the back piece wasn’t there, the blade would have to be made a lot thicker to be sturdy so the replacement blades wouldn’t be as affordable. This is an intentional design choice and I’m willing to accept the trade off. For extra durability, I would personally get the model with stainless steel holder if I were to do it all over again.

This is a good overall product. I have used it on field dressing two deer and it worked well. The blades are sharp enough to get the job done and hold their edge fairly well. The orange handle saved me some time when I set it down in the weeds while field dressing a deer in the dark. The replacement blades are simple enough to remove and attach. It is difficult to clean the inner part of the knife after use (especially if you close it when still dirty). I would recommend watching for a sale when purchasing. They are a bit cheaper than competitors but regularly go on sale a few times a year which is nice considering there are not a lot of uses for the knife. Overall this is a good buy.

This is my second one purchased. Great knife that I carry almost every day. Comfortable grip, lightweight and blades come razor sharp. This is an affordable knife that is now my favorite, but not nearly my most expensive. It is a workhorse that I don't want to be without.
