When I used this product the glasses looked dull, the silverware did not come clean and the dishes did not feel clean. I'm throwing out the leftover product.

After using the sheets a number of times with different numbers on both shelves they just couldn't get the cups clean. All other items weren't too bad but definitely not as good as the dishwasher tablet.

Terrible!! Do NOT waste your hard-earned money on these, please, like I did. Just retired so am on a fixed income, so wanted to get something economical and also good on the environment. These do NOT work at all! I didn't inform my husband I was trying something new and he was emptying the dishwasher and asked if I forgot to turn it on or is our dishwasher out of order? I said I tried something different but for the first time I tried just putting it in the bottom of the dishwasher, it says you can do either one. Next time I tried putting it in the little drawer, still, disgusting! Nothing was clean at all! Next time I tried doubling up on them, NOPE! Even worse it leaves a nasty film over everything that makes it look even dirtier than it is! I ordered a LOT because I wanted to have enough to last a while, but wow, wasted.

This cleans well, but it leaves a thick residue on everything. It makes all the dishes feel awful to the touch. We’ve been using it for two weeks now, and even with a rinse aid, the dishes don’t come out clean feeling. They look great, but don’t touch them.
