This item was difficult to get steam at first taking far too long but once it began to produce steam, it did an amazing job of cleaning my kitchen area. However that was the one and only time it would produce steam for me. Never worked again . Sad as the short one time usage was top notch!

Was hard to figure out and directions for attachments were not helpful at all. I struggled so hard to get steam iron and windows cleaner put on the cloth dunno about the others
