Drizzilicious really surprised me with these Birthday Cake mini rice cakes.I first tried them from a classmate and was hooked from the first bite. She actually gave me her bag to keep because I kept asking for more. The texture is spot-on: crisp, airy, and lightly drizzled so you get sweetness without it feeling heavy or sugary. The birthday cake flavor is my favorite flavor so far, it is just the right amount of vanilla, and crunch. They’re vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly, but you’d never know it from the taste. These are so good—I wasn’t expecting to be obsessed, but here we are. The French Toast flavor is spot on—warm, sweet, and cinnamon-y with just the right hint of maple. They’re light and crunchy with that satisfying drizzle that makes them feel like more of a treat than a healthy snack. I love that they’re portion-controlled, gluten-free, and not overly sweet. Perfect for when I want something indulgent without the guilt. I’ve already reordered and stashed a few in my bag and car—they’re that good.

These are excellent!! Very hard to not eat the whole bag in a sitting. They're light and airy and perfect amount of drizzle. I wish there was some fiber in them considering it's made with flax. Maybe if they were made with brown rice instead of white... But still, having said that you can eat a 4 oz bag in one sitting (like I did lol) and not feel disgusting after... So far Peppermint is my favorite but I ordered Smores,cinnamon and French toast that i havent tried yet. I thought id love the Very berry a lot more than I actually did (still good!) but regardless, I love these rice cakes bites! I'll keep at least a few bags stocked in the pantry...you get a big bang for your calorie count. So perfect for those of us that track Calories. Excellent! Id definitely consider these a Healthy snack a few more grams of fiber would make them even healthier. Happy to see Avocado oil is used!

I love these rice cakes in the s'more flavor, my sister loves the cinnamon roll flavor. These are like no other rice cake, they actually taste great. Drizzilicious outdid themselves making these. Ive been trying to like rice cakes for years trying every new brand that hits the market but never finding one. Finally 😋
