Tastes like it has more than the 3 g of protein. The word “delicious” does NOT come to mind. If you are expecting a crisp waffle (like a pizzelle), you will be disappointed. Texture is more moist than that. Has only an hint of honey. All in all, not bad tasting for the 150 cal; ok to try at $18.88 per box’s special price (10 July 2025).
