It has a nice grape flavor. This cough syrup is good for adults too.

Excellent cough syrup. I have asthma and cough a lot. this product is better than a presc. syrup I have. It is better than Mussinex, which made me dizzy.

Good price but short expiration date
Received 3 bottles on 2/21/25 with expiration date of September 2025. Good value if you will use it all by expiration date

My kids are pretty good at just taking a deep breath and swallowing medicine quickly. This one was not their favorite, it seemed to sting a bit going down and was less sweet than they prefer. It did work as directed though, it quickly subsided symptoms and sleep was possible. Received a free sample for evaluation and unbiased review.

Expiration date issue.... :(
I purchased this product to prepare my daughter's cold in the future, hopefully not, on 08/04/2014. Today(08/07/2014), I received this product. However, the expiration date of two bottles is by 08/2014. The last bottle is by 09/2014. It seems like that my daughter should get a cold within one month. If I had an urgent need for my daughter, I never purchased this from online website such as amazon.

Very Disappointed * Misleading Description
Very disappointed. The description says 4fl oz pack of 3 but when I received it today it was only one box. So I paid $19 for one box of Dimetapp instead of the 3 I thought I’d get. Not happy.
