Hatte Probleme mit Schmerzen in der Verse, "Plantarfasziitis". Fühlte sich morgens wie eine starke Prellung an. Das hielt sich dieses Mal länger als zuvor. Ein Arbeitskollege riet mir zu bestimmten Fußbädern oder solchen Pflastern. Die Schmerzen sind nun endlich weg ! Meine Frau hat die Pflaster testweise auch verwendet - positive Wirkung. Morgens steife Finger und Schmerzen im Knie wurden geringer. Wir ziehen uns nachts Socken über die Pflaster, damit sie nicht abgestrampelt werden. Morgens sind sie innen schwarz und riechen wie geräuchert. Ich werde mir die Pflaster nochmal kaufen, wenn diese hier alle sind.

This is silly. The product turning black is a chemical reaction not toxins. If you have any mental reaction to the product like feeling better or sleeping better, it is a placebo affect. Don't waste your money. If you want to get rid of toxins, work up a good sweat every day and drink a lot of water.
