I have been taking this for four days. While I haven’t had a chance to take it long enough to see what benefits it can do for my knees, l I will put a reminder on my phone, for me to update about that in a couple weeks. However, this does dissolve in room temperature water, with no effort, with a little time. I find it easiest to dump my half teaspoon of it on top of a glass of water, and then just walk away. In 20 minutes to an hour, it is completely dissolved. Since I like to take it first thing in the morning, before my day has a chance to get any busier (and I am likely then to forget), I just drop it in my water the night before, and gulp it down first thing upon waking up. Then I get to work on getting ready, or breakfast with the rest of my supplement stack. It doesn’t taste pleasant. It tastes a little like dirt. While it’s not the worst, and I don’t expect something with medicinal benefits to taste like candy, adding anything at all to help make the taste make sense can help get it down. The glucosamine I take with it tastes and smells far worse, so I just gave up and encapsulated it. I poured several TBSP of glucosamine powder in a jar with 1 TBSP turmeric poured into the top of that; and then poured enough black pepper onto the top of it to make a thin coating on the top of the powders. Then I shook the jar well for a few minutes. Two of these in 000 capsules makes about 1 1/2 g (roughly) glucosamine if it’s not tamped down and nothing poured into the caps first. UPDATE: I have been taking 1/2 tsp, almost daily, for two weeks now. There is definitely an improvement in my knee pain. Before, the pain was intense when the weather would dramatically cool; now I still feel very stiff, but less pain. I take it with about 1 1/2 g glucosamine, 300 mg hyaluronic acid, and 3 g MSM, all encapsulated. If I remember to, I mix a TBSP collagen powder with it too, but I forget that last more often than not. I will update again in several weeks.

This product in conjunction with the BulkSupplements Pure MSM and BulkSupplements Pure Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium appears to be helping with a knee that was very stiff and painful. I had this bad knee for about a year. It was constant. It hurt every time I walked. It was most painful when I stood up from a seated position. It would take me a couple very slow steps to be able to actually walk on it. Very painful every day, all day. I started taking these three powders together. At first there was a slight improvement. As I adjusted my amounts I noticed more and more improvement. I finally reached a combination that has made my pains completely go away. I have been pain free now for over 6 months. I am not sure which of the three helped the most. I will be testing to see which one actually helps. Until I figure that out, I contribute my recovery to all three. My only complaint with the BulkSupplement powders is the bags that these powders come in. I have purchased bulk powders from BulkSupplements for a while now. Pretty much every bag does not re-seal. The zip locks are crap. They may work a couple times but then they are worthless. So be prepared to put these powders in some other containers. BTW...I paid full price for this product. It was not provided to me in return for a review.

I have had problems with my knees for years and have taken all sorts of pre-made supplements and some helped a bit, but with this product, I can control exactly how much goes into each capsule since I now make my own capsules with a combination herbs (I work with herbs frequently) and pure supplements to create a formula just for my needs. I highly recommend this product due to it's quality, fair price for what you are getting and it's efficacy. If you buy this product, please first consult your physician or medical practitioner to make sure you are able to take this supplement and do your research on what dosage is appropriate for your ailment. Also, supplements and herbs are not "magic bullets" where you take one dose and POOF, you're all better. Herbs and supplements often take time to build up in your system to get to where it needs to be to work. You may feel some immediate relief, but a consistent regimen will help much more in the long run.

Terrible bad quality!!! DONT BUY!!!! Like all the one stars, it does not dissolve period! Don’t believe me? Look what came up when I googled this product that will not dissolve from AI 👇🏻 If your chondroitin sulfate won't dissolve, it likely means you have a poor quality product, as pure chondroitin sulfate is readily soluble in water; this could be due to the manufacturing process or the specific formulation of the supplement you're using. Key points about chondroitin sulfate solubility: Highly soluble in water: Chondroitin sulfate is considered easily soluble in water, making it readily available for absorption when taken orally. Check the source: If your chondroitin isn't dissolving, consider the brand and quality of the supplement. Potential reasons for poor solubility: Impurities: Some supplements might contain fillers or binders that could hinder dissolution. Manufacturing process: Improper processing could lead to poorly formulated chondroitin.
