Very useful for sleeping well.

Along with the other well known benefits of L-theanine, this microlingual helps me sleep. The one objection I have to purchasing it on Amazon is the large FNSKU sticker placed on the box. This happens with other supplements I have bought on Amazon as well. And they are stuck fast so that removing them, removes the information under it.

Does it do what it says? I dunno. Does it taste good? Yes. Does it dissolve easily? Again I dunno, because if it doesn't melt away in two seconds I start chewing `em. I don't eat Jolly Ranchers or jawbreakers for the that same reason. These might melt in three seconds and absorb a half second later, but who has that kind of time, amIrite?!?!?!? I am fond of this brand in general and use their Iron and b vitamin supplements as well.

I need theanine daily and this is the only kind I can tolerate.

The product is very effective for calm and focus. But it does not dissolve quickly as advertised. It takes 10 minutes at least to dissolve.

Chewable and tasty yet effective

These do not dissolve. I cannot see how this is 'sublingual' you really have to chew it. And- it does not taste very pleasant; sort of a musty taste in there. It's not really fun to have these in the mouth anyhow, but as far as theanine goes it works in the proper way.
