This! Period full stop. If you want to enjoy something actually spicy and not lament taking a bite this is the move. It's flavorful and amazing on potstickers and chicken and rice. It's enough to notice a bit after and while it won't disappoint on heat it also won't make you think about taking another bite. It's flavor and you can tell they thought about where to draw a line when making Sriracha. I would load my fried rice and ramen and now I can just do a nice big dabble and feel great. I mean making lines on top and mixing and I'm good, I don't hit it again for flavor I'm happy as is. Hope this helps

With the ongoing Huy Fong sriracha shortage reaching crisis levels and running out of the stuff at home, I had to begin seeking out alternatives and gave this one a try. The flavor itself is excellent. It's also a different flavor than the famous brand we all know - deeper and more earthy/complex with more sweetness to it - and not quite as "bright" for lack of a better way to put it. But "super spicy" it is not - it is definitely a more tame heat than the HF brand. If you're a chilehead seeking powerful heat or a hotter version of HF, you will be disappointed. I also wouldn't call this a true substitute for HF flavor-wise (to be fair, it's not trying to be an exact copy). But if you're looking for a tasty, albeit different alternative to the rooster or prefer a milder heat level, it's good stuff. I will admit that I like heat, hence the 3-stars, but it's a 5-star choice for the right person!

super spicy - really good

First of all my family really loved this Sriracha. So much that after I purchased one bottle I turned around and bought two more. Fast forward and we were ready for a new bottle and I found that one bottle had a faulty seal and had actively been pushing fluid out the top of it. Side by side comparison pictures posted. I suggest you check the bottles as they arrive since I am now outside of the return window. Again the product is good I am disappointed that I spent money on something that will just go in the trash.

First off: I'm a chili brain. I love anything hot. But not just heat, I like the flavor behind the heat the most. Soooo Lets start with the bad, first: You can't get the product out of the bottle using this cap. It CLOGS !!! EVERY TIME. The manufacturer could save some money just going with a regular cap rather than this twisty/cloggy thing. If I use the cap I won't use much of your product. BECAUSE IT CLOGS !!! ARrrgh. So I'll buy LESS of your product. Otherwise this sauce has a nicer flavor than the other, standard siracha. I like this flavor. Really good !! So what do I do about this crappy cap ? I just twist off the entire cap and pour myself some REALLY GOOD SIRACHA !!! (Will buy again and again....) Have a spicy day !!
