This book is great

Great book, love it as a gift for a 12 year old. Recipes are adult enough to be interesting, instructions are clear enough to be easy to follow and images are good. However, the book arrived with warped pages, even though I paid full price!!! I could have returned it, but am leaving for Mexico in 2 days and won’t get a replacement in time. Amazon offered me a paltry 20% refund. Not impressed at all. Obviously quality control isn’t important to them. Recommend the book, but not from Amazon.

We’ve used this cookbook a few times now and overall it has been a nice addition to the kitchen. The layout is very clear, the recipes are simple to follow, and the pictures are bright and engaging, which makes it especially appealing for young children. My 10 year of daughter loves this book and uses it often, especially when her friends come over. The recipes are well-explained, easy to follow, and fun for kids. Some ingredients are more common in the U.S., but we’ve had no problem finding substitutes. Overall, a great cookbook that keeps her excited about cooking!

Could not be happier with this purchase. My 11 year old has cooked 3 meals so far which she was able to do mostly on her own, enjoyed cooking and the whole family loved eating them! This really is a thoughtfully compiled book, really easy to follow and not just the same boring things in every other kids cookbook. Also loads of plant based meals which for me is another huge plus - more veggies in my kids is always a good thing. One of the recipes had my 9 year old saying this ZUCCHINI is delicious! (Words I never thought I would hear uttered)
